The "WHY"

Who Doesn't Like Fun!?!

My happy place has always been the kitchen. Starting with learning to make pound cake with my grandmother, becoming the hostess with "flair" with my mother, or even teaching my own kids the fun of creating love with a spatula. Even now, when I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed, my first thought is, "What can I bake"?

I believe in the love that comes from homemade baked goods. Not only do they warm the home, they also warm your heart. I don't think there is anything more special than a freshly baked desert! I hope you feel the same way when you take my "spirited" treats home!
